HOW TO GIVE YOUR SELF

Step1
Cup your neck with your hands and lean your chin forward so that your head is resting on the outsides of your palms and your fingers are wrapped around the back of your neck. Use the pads of your fingers to massage in circular motions up and down your neck to the base of your head.
Step2Place your thumbs just in front of your ears with your fingertips resting on the top of your head and give yourself a massage along the sides of the cranium. Move your thumbs slowly and gently along the tops and down the backs of the ears. Finish the stroke by moving your fingers together at the base of the skull and repeat as many times as you like.
Step3Keep your thumbs in place in front of your ears, this time spreading your fingertips evenly along your hairline at your forehead. Slowly and gently apply pressure with the pads of your fingers and your move your hand back to the base of your head. Again, repeat as many times as you like.
Step4Sweep your fingers through your hair and then grip the hair gently yet firmly. Hold the hair and move your hands in circular motions. Make sure that you adjust your hand placement and give yourself a scalp massage on all parts of your head.
