HOW TO GET A HEALTHY TAN
Things You’ll Need:
spray tanning facility
self tanners
Step1 If you want to go the easy route try a spray tanner. Check out a couple different facilities and the outcomes before you pick one. Some spray tanners will turn you orange and I know you don't want to look like an oompa loompa.
Step2You could also try a self tanner. Most of these you can find in a drugstore or wal-mart. Like Jergens express glow, which only takes 3 days to give you a noticeably darker appearance. Make sure you get the facial tanners too!
Step3If spray tanning and self tanners don't suit you, try being your natural shade. Nothing is more attractive than a person that is comfortable in their own skinners

ENTET
Things You’ll Needs
lots of straight faces
A couple sad faces
more than three of your best happy faces
Step1When tell a joke, keep a good straight face and try not to laugh at the punch line. Make sure your voice is clear and assertive.
Step2Now for the emotion part. Try not to make your emotions go wild. If they're apart of your act, don't go to strong.
Step3Make sure your jokes and stories are clean for any swear words, or anything inappropriate. You get more laughs if they're family oriented. Look on kid friendly joke sights with funny stories.
Step4Remember, if you can't laugh at yourself, you can't make others laugh. Spread a couple jokes about you that are different (this is the key word) if you get upset with people that laugh at you easily, then comedy isn't right for you.
Step5Make jokes about how "lovely the snow is outside" in the middle of spring/summer, or pick up a weed and comment on its beautiful petals. Talk about how you had a mouth bigger than your face ever since you were a little pips squeak. Remember, 'different' is the key word!

House Committee Approves the G.R.E.E.N Act
On Wednesday, July 30, the House Financial Services Committee approved H.R. 6078, Green Resources for Energy Efficient Neighborhoods Act of 2008 (G.R.E.E.N. Act). This legislation, which now moves to the House of Representatives for a vote, would raise the bar for environmental performance in affordable housing, authorizing new federal resources for green affordable development while innovatively providing incentive to the private sector to invest in green affordable homes for people with low incomes. watch it out over here
Even if you’re not the early-bird type, you can learn to rise and shine—and even sweat—before your morning coffee. Here is how.
Things You’ll Need:
Alarm clock
Exercise plan
Workout gear
Discipline.
step 1:Choose an alarm clock with a pleasant wake-up call. If your alarm scares the pants off of you every morning, then you might be waking up grouchy and uninspired for a very good reason. Test-drive clocks in the store and look for a sound that suits you.
step 2:Before you go to bed each night, lay out your workout clothes, gym bag or other gear. Include a variety of items in case the weather changes overnight.
step 3:Wake up at the same time every day (and ban the snooze button). Even if you choose to sit on the couch and read the newspaper instead of exercise, at least you are teaching your body to rise and be semi-alert at this hour.
step 4:Don’t leave enough time to dilly-dally. The more you are standing around in a dark, cozy house, the less likely you are to leave it. Wake up, get dressed, and get out the door.
step 5:Experiment with your pre-workout food. Figure out how little you can eat and still fit in a solid workout. Can you run 5 miles on an empty stomach? Can you ONLY run on an empty stomach? Some quick-and-easy foods that are usually gentle on a pre-workout stomach: banana, cereal bar, toast or yogurt. If you are doing an especially tough workout that requires ample fuel, give yourself enough time for your food to digest before exercising.
step 6:Experiment with your pre-workout food. If you are doing an especially tough workout that requires ample fuel, give yourself enough time for your food to digest before exercising.
step 7:Explore different activities, then alternate your workouts to keep things fresh, but consistent.
step 8:Create an exercise plan or fitness goal so that you know what you’re working toward. Once you start seeing results, you will be more motivated to keep that alarm set on EARLY.
know its all left to you to decide on what to do, have your regular excercise and you will never regret doing it for a seconds.
